1. The expression of praise a man expects or seeks from other people after using a gender neutral occupational title in place of a commonly used male specific occupational title. Usually followed by a pause in speech and gesticulation toward present females.
2. Imagined honor or recognition awarded in a ceremony held within the temporal lobe of a man in which he is conferred the Outstanding Feminist Achievement Award for saying "mailperson."
Bob is really racking up those manccolades today - he used the word "businessperson" twice in the same meeting!
Describing the role he said, "We need this guy to be tough." Then, with great fanfare, he corrected himself and said,"We need this guy OR girl to be tough." I could almost see him basking in the manccolades I did not give him.
